Postcard from the Arthur Livingston Patriographic series

This publisher added the patriotic symbol of the eagle & Miss Liberty with the flag to many of their postcards.  It apparently did not represent any particular event, but was instead their logo.  Other examples...

"My dear Cousin, I doubt very much this card will arrive. The postal workers really like cards. Hello to my cousin and to the town. A letter came today. The gentlemen that you see are Chinese who swarm [like ants] in San Francisco (America). Here we have some Negroes. Is Jeannine's collection growing? Your Lu"
